If you would like to know more about the culture and history of the Öresund Region, we recommend you to take a closer look at the social program of the conference. You will for instance have the opportunity to visit Tivoli, one of the world´s oldest amusement parks, the medieval university city of Lund, and the beautiful gardens of the Sofiero castle where the former Swedish King, Gustav VI Adolf, spent his summers. Of course we will also arrange a tour across the spectacular Öresund Bridge which connects Denmark and Sweden.

Conference Registration

We have passed the date for registration on-line, but you are most welcome to register for the conference on-site. Registration Fees

LES Member	DKK 8,500 *  (equivalent to approx. 1,150 €)
Non-member	DKK 9,500 *  (equivalent to approx. 1,275 €)
Accompanying Person (spouse)	DKK 1,150 **  (equivalent to approx. 150 €)

Please note that VAT is not added on conference payments in Denmark and therefore is not deductible.

* Items included in the Registration Fee (LES Member/Non-Member):
Attendance at all sessions during the conference days except the Basic Licensing Course. Lunches and coffee/tea during breaks, the Welcome Reception at Tivoli Gardens, the Conference Dinner at Langelinie Pavilion and the Industry Excursion. Please observe that your membership must be current and processed to receive the LES Member Fee.

Cancellation Policy

If you have registered and are unable to attend an event for any reason, you may be substituted by someone else from your organization who is qualified to attend at the same rate*. If you are unable to attend but cannot be substituted by someone else from your organization, any request for refund will not be entertained due to the late announcement and registration possibility. To be substituted you have to make a written request addressed to one of the members of the Organizing Committee:

* A LES Member may only be substituted by another LES Member. If a LES Member wants to be substituted by a non-LES Member from the same organization, the difference in registration fees shall be paid.
