Licensing in an Evolving World – An Update on Legal Issues
This meeting will provide licensing and IP practitioners with up-to-date insights on recent legal developments in key jurisdictions.
The contributions from the distinguished speaker faculty, representing different stakeholders, include the new EC R&D block exemption, patent law reform in the US and the Unitary patent system in Europe as well as recent case law in the field of licensing in Europe, the US and China.
